Fitness To Drive Online Course Delivery Options
The Fitness To Drive Online Course can be taken as a single 7 hour day course or as part of our 5 Day Periodic CPC Course.
It is also available over two 3.5 hour days as an evening course and at weekends (Saturday or Sunday)

Fitness To Drive Online Course Aims
This course will familiarise you with changes in truck technology and the contribution of speed in traffic accidents. It also provides you with hints and tips on driving in bad weather, identifying vulnerable road users and what you need to do to ensure that you are fit to drive.

- The course content is derived from RHA Module 10 - Accident Procedures and Driving in Poor Weather and RHA Module 11 - Fitness to Drive and Vulnerable Road Users
Fitness To Drive Online Course Objectives
Upon completion of the course you will;

- Understand the importance of being fit to drive.

- Have an awareness of speed and its potential contribution to traffic accidents.

- Be familiar with the new truck technologies and their advantages and disadvantages.

- Understand the issues and safety aspects of driving in poor weather conditions.

- Gain knowledge of different types of vulnerable road user.
Virtual Video Conference - Maximum 20 people
