Anyone who is driving for financial gain is required to complete 35 hours of Periodic CPC HGV1 Refresher Course over the 5 year period of their current CPC Card. If you have not completed 35 hours of training before your existing CPC card has expired, then it is illegal for you to driver commercially and you may risk a £1000 fine and a ban if stopped by the police.
