Based in Potters Bar and Stevenage we are a driver training school specialising in LGV training courses and CPC training courses.
The school's mission is to provide drivers with a high standard of driver training so they can practise their trade safely across the roads of the UK and Europe.
Our driver training team are all former drivers and RTITB/RHA qualified trainers/instructors. They also sit on the NRI (National Register of Instructors).
They have used their own knowledge and experience to develop an engaging programme of courses designed to help you meet the requirements of UK & EU LGV legislation.

Fast Track LGV Licence Courses
We offer competitive and high-quality DVSA approved LGV Driver Training from our training centre located in Stevenage.
We will take care of the entire training process for you from Medical - Theory - CPC & Practical tests and training. 3 Steps To Your LGV License
Registration
Contact us on 020 8441 3323 to book your course. We will send you your starter pack which contains the material you need.
Application
You will need to take a short medical to make sure that you are fit to drive. This can be done by your own GP or at a Driver Medical Centre. After your medical you simply complete the forms provided to apply for your Provisional License.
You will also be required to complete and pass the DVLA Theory and Hazard Perception Test. Training and facilities to take the test will be provided.

Types of LGV Licenses we offer Training for
New Fast Track C+E License Course
From the 15th November, 2021 changes to LGV Licenses and Tests mean that you can now learn to drive in an articulated lorry (Cat CE) and take your test in a large articulated lorry without having to pass one in a large rigid lorry (Cat C) first.
To take advantage of this opportunity we are offering a new Fast Track Training Programme designed to get you qualified and out earning the higher pay rates much sooner.

LGV Essentials
This course will provide you with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of the various driver hour regulations, including rest and associated record-keeping requirements and the possible penalties for infringements.
Cost: £45 excl. VAT
PERIODIC CPC COURSE 2
Safe Loading
This course will enable you to develop your knowledge and understanding of the requirements for the safe loading of vehicles. The course will also explain to you in detail the causes of accidents and the appropriate procedures for reporting accidents.

PERIODIC CPC COURSE 3
Health & Safety Awareness
This course will enable you to develop your knowledge and understanding of health & safety regulations & how to protect yourself in the environments you operate in. You will also learn the causes and symptoms of fatigue and to understand sleep disorders.

PERIODIC CPC COURSE 4
Fuel Efficient Driving
This course will raise your awareness of the environmental impact of emissions, fuel-efficiency, cleaner vehicles and alternative fuel technologies. It will also demonstrate to you how to drive and operate your vehicle in a fuel-efficient manner.

PERIODIC CPC COURSE 5
Accidents & Fitness to Drive
This course familiarises you with changes in truck technology and the contribution of speed in traffic accidents. It provides hints and tips on driving in bad weather, identifying vulnerable road users and advice to ensure that you are fully fit to drive.

Looking to take your first CPC Course?
Depending on when you passed your driving tests, you may need to take the Initial Driver CPC Course first.
Initial Driver CPC Course
This option is a legal requirement for anyone who passed their car driving test after January 1997 and is now looking to drive for financial gain. It is also required for drivers who gained their LGV licence for: Cat C, C1, CE and C1E after 10th September 2009 to take this course once.
This course consists of the following four modules:
• Theory and Hazard Awareness test
• Case study questions and answers
• Practical Driving Test
• Practical Demonstration Test
